I am more than a wish you made on a falling star or lose eyelash. I am a goddamn goddess birthed of love and artistry and you will respect me as such because I deserve nothing less than respect. You do not have to be kind to me, you do not have to bow your head every time we pass each other by, but you should take it to heart that I do not have to be here and you would not be the same person you are today had we not met in that beautiful little bookstore, tucked away in the corner with all the broken hearted poetry. I am more than a wish you made on a falling star or an eyelash coming lose, and it's time you realize what that means for us.
